The front loader does not have enough down-force to raise the front wheels off the ground while pushing down. To confirm, yes I have moved the bucket into the "dump" position so this is not a matter of travel. If it won't lift the front end, then probably you have a lift cylinder seal that is leaking internally. You could verify this by putting the bucket flat on the ground and then move the joystick to dump.
