As with most internet searches for equipment reviews, you typically only find those folks with bad experiences and looking to vent. As someone looking to add a skid steer on a modest budget to the farm, I've found several Mustang's in my price range but I'm leary based on lack of positive reviews.
I'm thinking about getting a mustang 2032 skid loader, is the mustand brand any good? do they have more/less problems then gehl or bobcat or john deere etc? i have a 2004 Mustang 2044, great little machine, simple to operate and repair. i would join heavyequipmentforums.com and do a search on the 2109. ive read quite a few horror stories about the 2109. do afew searches online first.

I just purchased a used Mustang 2060 with 1000hrs. During my search for a good skid-steer, it seems that Bob-Cat, Deere, and New Holland seem to be much more popular. Why is Mustang less popular?? Some have told me it is the lack of good dealer net-work, and some have said lack of quality. I found a nice 97 Mustang 2070 with ~650 hours. Full cab.
