I pulled the valve bank , pulled the valve and noticed a very small burr in the center of the valve. cleaned off the burr, reassembled the valve assembly, reinstalled back into the skid steer. now, when I run the boom raise pedal, it will move a couple of inches and stop like its under load. then I run the dump pedal the boom will go up and .
