I have a jcb 260 skid steer that I foolishy let my excavator guy use. He ran it out of fuel and now it won't start. I tried to bleed the fuel at the filter then cracked all the injection lines at the injectors and cranked the engine but get no fuel at the injectors. Messed with it a little this morning barely getting foamy fuel at injector, but good . The fuel system's filters, fuel tank, glow plugs, and the engine's throttle cable .

If I pump the filter housing I get nothing, if I crank the motor I get the little bit of fuel with bubbles. Have you checked the tightness of the alt belt, before taking the alt in to a shop, see if you can slip the fan, by hand, if so, belt is too loose, or glazed. As for the bogging down prob, I don't have a clue, if you have already checked the filters. My advice would be to get a shop manual for the motor. What motor does it have???
