Probably my favorite things to do with the toolcat is mowing and plowing. I've had an old Bobcat/Clark 732 (gas ~32hp) and a 2004 Bobcat S185 skid steer before this Toolcat 5600. I also used an 885 NH and it would dig dirt as fast as the bobcat, but wasn't as manuverable coming in and out of the hole. Another plus to the bobcat was the air from cooling the engine blew out the sides and made a nice breeze. HTH . I recently did something similar, bought an older skid steer to move dirt into my backyard that has a decent slope. It was a no-go, the skid steer had to come out in reverse, wouldn't make it up the hill forward, just started bouncing and trying to tip backwards. I sold the skid steer and rented a bx25 to get the job done. i have a 773 bobcat skid steer. recently started making terrible smoke from exhaust. smells aweful. and loss of power. checked all fluid levels. all are cleen and full. it has a turbo as well. any one have any ideas? it smells like .
I have touched up 2 different Bobcat skidloaders. Wash and clean any grease and oil off well. In the rusty areas, use a wire brush on an angle grinder to get clean metal. Put on a coat of primer. I then used rattle cans from Bobcat. Your skid steer paint appears to be in good condition and I have touched up similar skid steers. The bobcat 7 pin harness uses 2 12v power wires, the remaining are grounds and data cables communicating with controller on the attachment. The 12v goes into the controller then depending on button pushed the controller sends 12v to the appropriate solenoid. Standard 14 pin has 1 ground and remaining wires are 12v power from individual switches. Which is the maximum slope in degree (uphill ) for skid steer loaders (75 Hp) with the bucket fully loaded to minimize stress on the engine. I have to make a ramp to doad aggregate bins. And do not have a lot of spase. please help me, thanks
