It is a well used 2 speed machine with almost 6000 hours, but the owner claims no leaks (which I will verify in person), the two drive motors, aux pump and lots of seals have been replaced along with new pins and bushings in the bucket.
I have a 323E (same thing just newer version) that is a 2015 model, it is relativity plain jane, vinyl seat, 1 speed, not high flow, but it does have CAH (cab, air, heat) and also EH controls, it was one John Deere had used at one of there factories for moving a little snow and some ground keeping, bought it 3 years ago with 210hr paid 42k, have over 600hrs now don't .

Posted 8/25/2014 10:13 (#4037442) Subject: john deere 250 II skid steer south west iowa We had to cut the wires and wire the 2 wires together with a heat shrink but splice on the seat switch and seat belt switch and the door switch as it would put the park brake on going over ruff ground. I am working on a JD 260 Skid Steer for a friend,,,,, What happens is,,,,, Everything is fine with this except when you release park brake switch, the alternator gauge will drop into the red,,,, apply the brake and comes back up,,,,, it locks and released just fine but,, wondering if park brake solenoid is drawing so much juice, that the alternator cannot keep . I'm looking to buy a used skid steer. I have found two at the JD dealer near me. The first is a 2000 model John Deere 270 with 1100 hours. The second is a 2013 New Holland L223 with 3400 hours. Both are tire machines, have open stations and are priced near ,000.
