Weights on back are a good idea and I've found I don't want to lift really high going down hill. Ford 850 Ford 8n Kubota B6100 AGT L12 Baby Excavator many other toys The H15 may be considered 1.5 ton and may have Kubota engine. the h12 and qh12 are very similar. the L12 is better IMO. I didnt see the h15 on the website but I will look again.

As for hay handling, we use predominately big squares, but have handled rounds in the past. We have a homemade bale spear (with 5 "spikes") that works well for both. The spikes came from a local Case dealer .

The skid steer vs loader tractor thread below got me thinking about how I use both. I tend to use my loader tractor whenever possible often because it's just easier to get on and off.
