Hi I am new to both this site and as being an owner to a Mini Excavator. I bought this 2004 Cat 303 CR in the spring and it has 1400 hrs on it. The previous owner has bypassed the glow plugs and fuel shutoff and installed two toggle switches to them. I would like to put these back to original.

Since we're starting with Cat's 303CR as the baseline, I sorted all mini excavators by bucket digging force and looked at all the machines in the same range as the Cat 303CR. You wanted a machine that's about as narrow as the Cat (5' 1'' wide), so I pulled everything that's 5' 4'' or smaller, and had equivalent bucket digging force. I've got a no start conditon on my 303CR DMA 02017. The machine was run out of fuel (don't ask, I wasn't there when it happened). Filled with fuel, changed filters, bled injectors, and still no start. Pulled the glow plugs and found all 3 are dead.
