I have an '05 ls190.b that is giving me problems today. While running it today all of a sudden the parking brake set and the overhead readout was flashing "volts" and "00.00". I shutdown., I could only restart after flipping the service . Was using this skid steer doing some yardwork around the house today, suddenly it died like turning off the key, flipped the service switch at fuse panel in the cab, it started and could move and steer but boom and bucket locked out, found 5 amp fuse in engine compartment blown, the EIC one (electronic instrument cluster) replaced it . If your skid loader doesn't start with the switch in the "service" position, your problem is in the general starting system and not with the interlock safety system (seat switch, seat belt) Start relay, starter/starter solenoid (my guess), cables, battery, ect.
